Our site has three dedicated production areas covering ambient bakery, high care chilled products, and nut and yeasted bakery, allowing us to produce a diverse range of products including fresh cream and fruit tarts, cakes, traybakes, biscuits, pastry, puddings and enriched breads - specialising in stollen.
We pride ourselves on being flexible, nimble and innovative, working closely with our customers to develop bespoke products while maintaining the hand-finished, artisan quality that sits at the heart of Mathiesons.
