Click on the Click to Join now button on the right hand side.
Click create new user, choose a username and password, enter your email address.
Click Join the site once you have created a new username.
If you do not see the Join the site, click on the Click to join now, log in with the username you have created and then you will see the option to join the site.
Enter your details and you will be asked to verify your email address.
